Arrival Time


If you have not completed your online consultation form please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to complete your consultation and to ensure your treatment begins on time. 

Please note that late arrival will result in the treatment time being reduced.

Cancellation Policy

Please respectfully allow 48 hours notice of any postponement or cancellation of treatments booked in Elements Spa.

If your Treatment  is not cancelled within the specified cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation fee to the credit card given at the time of booking.
